Trail running group – November 2017

Trail running is the best and most fun form of running, and I think you will agree! In November and December 2017, Envol Coaching will help you with your trail running by improving some running technique and take you to higher intensity efforts in the forest. Beginners and experienced runners equally welcome to participate in this popular training group!

The training will take place over 8 weeks, twice sessions per week, at two different times and start places to offer you more options between week 46 and 51 (14/10 – 21/12).

The training will take place over 6 weeks, twice sessions per week, at two different times and start places to offer you more options between week 46 and 51 (14/11 – 21/12).

  • Tuesdays 11.30 in Lill-Jansskogen (meeting at Stadion)
  • Thursday 18.45 in Nacka Reservat (meeting at Hammarby Backen).

Different registration options:

– 2 sessions per week: 1200sek

– 1 session per week (choose Tuesday or Thursday): 800sek

– Drop in when you want: 150sek
