So what can we do? Some of need to find new ways to exercice, some of us need to start exerciseing! We all need to move! For many uf us our mental health is also depending on it. Some say the sofa is “our battlefield”. We say i’ts our training shoes. Every sweaty t-shirt, every sore muscle, every lungful of fresh air is a victory.
This is the season of “buying”. We buy gifts, we buy stuff (because it’s on sale or we think we deserve it) and we buy food in a way that tips the scale of distrubution even further. We can only recomend you to invest in something that is good for you and also helps save the world. Physical activity. It is also the season of giving. A box of choclate might be nice to recive. Physical activity is better – and it shows you really care!

SUMMARISE SWIMRUNMAN LAFFREY
What a joy to attend a swimrun event again! This weekend was scheduled the SwimrunRun series by HEAD events at the large lake of Laffrey, south of Grenoble. An exceptional start list. Team ENVOL was strongly represented with 10 teams (9 in the Vertical format and 1 in the Classic)
