The only training that matters is the one that is done. Team Envol members have their sessions ranked by priority. Figure out which ones are priority to you, put them in the calendar and do them! Not just for the sake of training. The rest of your life will also benefit from it!

December is the month when most people get to test their stress levels. Business need to get done before the end of the year, Christmas shopping need (?) to be done, house should already be decorated (right …) and then you better commit to at least a couple of training challenges and make sure you post happy photos of yourself training on social media.

And this year we have Covid-19 like a massive rotten cherry on top.

Breath. Take some time and think about your priorities. Family, friends, work and training. There is a way to make it work. By making sure there is space in that priority list for training, the other parts usually works better too. Moving your body, making the blood flow a bit faster through your brain can really speed up you thought process as well.

Maybe you need to step away from your normal training routines. Maybe you need to cut down. But you don’t need to stop! Try not to focus on what you can’t do, focus on what you can.

At Envol Swimrun we do what we can to help you make it happen. We just started running LIVE sessions on Zoom with our Team Envol members. We have our strength sessions on YouTube.
