Envol Swimrun is adding a new service to its individual coaching selection. In collaboration with Push On Coaching, we are offering sports counseling sessions that will help you be mentally better prepared for your next swimrun.
Susie Moonan from Push On Coaching will work with you to increase your athletic and personal achievement through sports counseling. While sport is a big part of a swimrunner’s life, the lessons, strategies and skills learnt from sports counseling can also be used in other aspects of life. The work with Susie does not only focus on the game-time performance; the overall well-being and psycho-emotional needs are considered on an individual basis.
Susie has a degree in social work and has been working with individuals for 10 years. Her counselling sessions have a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) orientation. Susie has her athletic background in elite swimming and has also been part of Team Envol since 2017 and competes today in swimrun.
