We have the technical solutions to do it as a team. Even if we can’t do it together.

Running and swimming is the base in what we do but it doesn’t stop there. Yoga, forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), strength and stretching. We prefer to be outdoors, it doesn’t have to be with max puls all the time!


 

What we do:

RUNNING

Almost everybody can run. Doing it with a coach, with a group or just following a plan will take it to the next level. The new runner can find the inspiration and courage to start. All runners can improve!

SWIMMING

Front crawl lessons for groups. And why not go a bit further and get into open water swimming.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Most of us would benefit from getting stronger. It will help you run faster, swim better or just endure the long days in front of the computer.

Online lecture

We will add lectures and clinics as a part of the process based on your needs. During these sessions we will discuss training, wellness, nutrition or improving the balance of your every-day life.

TEAM BUILDING

In order to give your company the best team building experience, we suggest some activities that can improve team work and give your employees a unique experience. Something that will include everybody, with just the right amount of challenge!

Swimrun, forest bathing, yoga, problem solving activities … we will design the perfect activity for your teams.

About the Main Coach

Nicolas Remires is a French multi-sports athlete and endurance sports coach in Stockholm, Sweden.

After obtaining a Master’s Degree at the University of Health and Sports in Font-Romeu, France, Nicolas traveled, lived and raced all over the world, to finally settle in Stockholm, Sweden with his wife. A while after moving to Sweden, Nicolas created “Le Peloton”, a popular cycling group that is still riding every Wednesday and Friday! 

Nicolas coaches athletes of all levels for races from sprint triathlon to ironman distance, 5 km runs to ultra-marathon, as well as open water swimming, swimrun and cycling. 

Nicolas also organizes popular team building sessions for companies of all sizes through swimrun events and fitness training.

His achievements as an athlete include: ÖtillÖ World Championships (3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 5th from 2015 to 2019), , ÖtillÖ Utö (1st in 2015, 2nd in 2018), ÖtillÖ Hvar (4th in 2017, 3rd in 2018, 2nd in 2019), ÖtillÖ 1000 Lakes (2nd in 2017 and 2019, 3rd in 2018), ÖtillÖ Cannes (2nd in 2018 and 2019), Borås Swimrun (1st in 2015 and 2016, 2nd in 2014), Ångaloppet (2014, 2015), many marathons, triathlons (sprint to Ironman), and cycling races.
