Do you want to get serious about your swimrun? Or are you just starting and realise that a bit of structure will help you improve quicker? Guess what, we even have plans for the runners and long distance swimmers out there, not yet ready to take the step into the glorious world of swimrun.
These are your options with Envol Swimrun:
1.Team Envol
The base. Becoming a member of Team Envol puts you in contact with swimrunners of all levels all over the world.
You get access to communication through a growing number of WhatsApp groups, the private Facebook group and regular Newsletters.
You get a generic training plan and/or a plan specific to a swimrun race on Training Peaks. If you put your numbers into the TP platform it will help you customise this plan according to your level.
If you choose the paid version of Training Peaks ($10/month) you are able to move sessions around as you please.
You choose your generic training plan from this list:
- The Pro Plan has 7 runs, 5 swims and 2 strength sessions. > Ten hours per week
- The Long Plan has 5 runs, 3 swims and 2 strength sessions. 8 to 10 hours
- The Short Plan has 3 runs, 2 swims and 2 strength sessions. 5 to 7 hours
- The Intro Plan has 3 runs, 2 swims and 2 strength sessions. 5h+ for twelve weeks. This plan is designed to provide you with an introduction to structured training and allow you to move into one of the above plans.
- Envol OW ULTRA: 5-6 swim sessions to be ready for long distance open water swims.
- Envol ULTRA RUNNER: 6-7 run sessions and 1 optional swim session to be preapred for ultras.
All Envol Swimrun training plans are made so you can download the sessions to your GPS watch. If you choose to, the training platform Training Peaks will send you an email every day you have a session planned with all the details of your training.
You will also get some solid discounts with our partners – sport/outdoor brands and race organisers.
All this for only 220 sek (≈ $20, €19) a month or 2200 sek (≈ $190, €189) for the year.
(If you live in Stockholm you have the option for a membership where weekly IRL training sessions are included.)
2. Personal coaching
One of our great coaches will make sure you have a training plan perfectly adapted to you. You’ll have a coach on WhatsApp ready to listen and give you advice. Your coach will adjust your training plan on Training Peaks according to your needs and follow up on your progress as needed.
For 1200 sek (≈ $110, €110) a month you will get the royal treatment along with everything mentioned under “1. Team Envol”. When you choose to get involved on a more personal level theTeam Envol membership is included as well!
3. Purchase a training plan specific to a swimrun race
4, 8 or 12 weeks (16 weeks for the Ötillö World Championships).
500 – 790 sek ( $48 – $75, € 45 – €72) You can access the plan on Training Peaks.
