Train with Envol Swimrun’s race specific training plan during 8 weeks and be ready on the starting line of ÖtillÖ Catalina Sprint. The race is located on the island of Catalina, USA.
It is an hard course with many hills and long swims that requires some specific training.
To make sure you are in great shape on race day we suggest you get on board with a good training plan. And stick to it. 8 weeks to be ready in the start box in Catalina Island.
The training plan has detailed sessions of running, swimming and swimrun. There are also a number of strength sessions in the weekly schedule.
