Face-to-Face Session
If your swimming is not where you want it to be this is for you. You can choose a package of 1, 3 or 10 sessions based on your needs.

Video analysis, communication with the expert, and summarise to help you reach the next level in swimming, running or strength.
Sport Counselling

Your training should be adapted to your lifestyle, and not the other way around.
We will make an inventory of your lifestyle, your current training and your ambitions, and establish goals and milestones. A personalized training plan will take you all the way to the finish line.
TRAINING SESSIONS
Your detailed training plan is designed session-by-session to optimize your training time.
Together with your coach you decide how you want to organize your week and plan your training.
FOLLOW-UP
We track your progress closely as you go, and adjust the training plan, if necessary.
We encourage frequent communication and make sure you have all the tools you need to get the most out of your training plan.

Improve your swimming
In-person coaching is the best way to improve your swimming
Swimming is the most technical part of our sport. Because of this, it is where most of us have the largest room for improvement. Nothing beats a coach by your side adjusting your technique one stroke at a time.
A personal coach just for you for 60 minutes to focus on your technique in swimming. At the end of this session, you will have 2 or 3 things to focus on, a video analysis and some homework to do.
