To make sure you are in great shape on race day we suggest you get on board with a good training plan. And stick to it. 6 weeks to be ready in the start box in the Scottish Highlands.

The training plan has detailed sessions of running, swimming and swimrun. There are also a number of strength sessions in the weekly schedule.

Breca Loch Lomond is Breca’s first swimrun adventure in the majestic setting of the Scottish Highlands. It’s a magical location, ideal for swimrun. At the heart of Scotland’s first National Park, it’s one of the country’s most idyllic and unspoilt areas, with the largest expanse of fresh water in Britain and the backdrop of the mountains looming beyond. The unique location will present teams with long trail runs along the lush forest and frequent swims in the loch’s clear glacial water.
