To make sure you are in great shape on race day we suggest you get on board with a good training plan. And stick to it. 12 weeks to be ready on the start line!

The training plan has detailed sessions of running, swimming and swimrun. There are also a number of strength sessions in the weekly schedule.

Easy to access by the platform Training Peaks, along with daily emails to remind you of today's workouts (optional).

Plans are displayed in French or in English.
