To make sure you are in great shape on race day we suggest you get on board with a good training plan. And stick to it. 8 weeks to be ready in the start box at Cristo Rei!

The training plan has detailed sessions of running, swimming and swimrun. There are also a number of strength sessions in the weekly schedule.

The natural landscapes between Ponta de São Lourenço, passing through Caniçal with arrival to the city of Machico, along with a diversity of sea conditions and also of the trails crossed, present themselves as an attractive challenge to all participants.
