Have you signed up for ÖtillÖ Swimrun World Championships and need to get serious about training? This swimrun training plan is specifically designed to take you all the way to the finish line of THE swimrun race.

ÖtillÖ Swimrun World Championships is an hard race with many transitions and technical runs mixed with roads.

This swimrun training program focuses on long-distance swimming and technical running. There are also some specific sessions to get you run fast on road on 10km to feel comfortable on the big islands of the race.

You will be ready for the amazing course of ÖtillÖ Swimrun World Championships!

WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS IS REQUIRED:

You can be totally new to the sport of swimrun but need a minimum base fitness to get the most out of this plan. To start you should be able to run 15 km (10 miles) and swim 3000 m.
