Description
Take the opportunity to build a good base before starting some more specific training. A training program that will allow you to emerge into the last part of your training as a more complete swimrunner.
The base plan will give you some strength prehab work and build you a strong body ready to take on whatever challenge you have lined up for it.
The program will have 3-5 runs, 2-3 swims and two strength sessions per week. Adjusted to your preference. It will be a program with clear sessions, explained in detail on the digital platform Training Peaks. Two strength sessions per week on our dedicated playlist on YouTube, presented by Nicolas Remires or one of our other inspiring coaches.
Choose the amount of weeks of training between 4, 8, 12, 16 weeks.
This training plan is for the athletes who wants to improve their RUNNING and SWIMMING fitness and strength.
