STOCKHOLM ARCHIPELAGO for 2 days

• 2 days of swimrun training and adventure on the World Championship course with Envol Swimrun
• Safety during the swimming sections by SwimrunRib

Accommodation during the day included. Dinner and breakfast will be in addition.

You will train on the World Championship course during two days, assisted by a boat from morning to the evening.

You will do some part of the course running and swimming, discover the area, learn about the location and the sport and experience the archipelago.

You have to be prepared to do 25-30 km per day in swimrun mode. You do not have to be a world-class swimrunner to join this camp, but you have to make sure you can do swimrun 5-6 h per day, two days in a row.

Start of the camp: 21/8/2020, early morning, in Utö

End of the camp: 22/8/2020, late afternoon, Utö.
