SWIMRUNMAN TRAINING CAMP

Envol Swimrun and Swimrunman France offers you a swimrun training camp in order to make you discover swimrun or improve your level.

This camp is designed to make you improve and work on your weaknesses in preparation for the next swimrun races. Our swimrun camp will lead you to the start line with more confidence. But it is also the place where you can discover swimrun in safety. It is adapt to your level.

Beginner or expert, you will find everything you need to have an excellent experience in the Grands Lacs de Laffrey.

It is the coach Nicolas Remires, best French swimrunner at the international level who will be the head coach. He will be assisted by three experienced instructors.

Preliminary weekend program
A swimrun camp to discover Lake Laffrey in swimrun mode for beginners and confirmed.

During this weekend, we offer:

▪ Theoretical sessions to discover the basics of swimrun and optimise its practice
▪ Practice workshops
▪ Discussions with our instructors
▪ Material tests from our partners

Professional instructors will be present to coach you during the activities.
A custom-built camp so that everyone can progress in the activities of open water and trail running and make the most of the swimrun, all in an exceptional setting.

Saturday June 12, 2021:

9:00-9:45: Presentation of the camp and material advice
10:15-11:15: Swimrun training
12:00-13:00: Trail training
13:00-14:00: Lunch break
14:00-15:00: Technical session in swimming
15:00-17:00: Swimrun Lake Pétichet
17.15-18:00: Discussion with our coaches and partners

Sunday June 13, 2021:

9:00-13:00: Training on the race course, 2 groups (beginners / confirmed with vertical KM)
13:00-14:00: Picnic and debriefing

The price includes:
