Do you want to train swimrun? Master the most technical aspects of the sport? Try out different gears, test different techniques and get some advices on how to improve both your team game and individual skills?
Then join us for 8 weeks of swimrun fun in Sickla, starting 4th of May. The training sessions will take place every thursdays between 18.30 and 19.30. It’s always better to train with your swimrun partner, but you are most welcome as an individual, you can be sure we’ll find you a partner on spot!
It will be some interventions from some consultants to bring participants more knowledge about swimrun (nutrition, take care of your feet, mental preparation, accidents, …)


Weeks: 18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25.
Start Thursday 4th of May.
Time: Thursday 18.30-19.45 Swimrun training in Sicklasjö.
Drop your bag at Sickla allé 23.
Start of the training 18.30 sharp on the pontoon.
