Ötillö Swimrun World Championships probably won’t go exactly as planned. No matter how well prepared you are or how many times you’ve done it. It’s just that type of race. What you can do is train your body, study the course and prepare mentally to take a few hits during the day. Physical end mental. Take in as much advice as you can but make your own plan.
