- 2 days of swimrun in the Stockholm archipelago on the island of Utö
- Coaching/Guiding by Nicolas Remires and his Envol coachs
- 2 nights in dormitory of 2, 3 or 4 persons
- Bike rental to reach the South of Utö
- Sauna
Not included: Transport from and to Utö, meals
- Meals: Restaurants (2 on the island) or kitchen of the hostel to cook your own meals.
- Envol will help with the transport logistic.
Important: Be on Utö Friday evening (Last ferry at 19h). Ferry to Utö from Arsta Brygga
