1st and 2nd of October 2022, we will be based in Calella de Palafrugell in Costa Brava. From this central position, we will spend 2 days exploring the area in swimrun mode and also training open water, running and strength.

The town offers a big variety of accommodation (rental apartments, hotel, bed and breakfast) and restaurants.

Description

The price per person is €180. For that you get two days of training with Top Envol Swimrun coaches:

Beginners and experienced swimrunners alike are welcome, we will tailor the days to fit all!

You will do two swimruns in different locations starting and finishing in Calella. You will train running, swimming and strength/mobility and get some proper technique analysis by our experienced coaches.

You have to be prepared to do 10 to 20 km per day in swimrun mode. You do not have to be a world-class swimrunner to join this camp, but you have to be able to run and swim for 3 hours per day.

Start of the camp: 1/10/2022, at 7:00 am, in Calella de Palafrugell

End of the camp: 2/10/2022 , at 17:00

Nb: If you cancel 8 weeks before the camp we give you 100% refund. 6 weeks before, 75%, 3 weeks before 25%. If you need to cancel less than 2 weeks before the camp we can only give you 10% back.
