Instructed by some of Envol Swimrun's best coaches, you will get a guided swimrun tour to remember!.

The activities during these two days will be adapted to your level, between 90 min to 3h activities. We will explore the coast line of Costa Brava in swimrun mode. You do not need to be an advanced swimmer to sign up for this experience. The swimming sections will be short (50m to 400m) or long (more than 1000m).

Between the training sessions, you will have some free time to enjoy nice food, relax, shop, ...

Same price for 1 or 2 people.

You will get to know the varied terrain of the area: single tracks, gravel trails, sandy beaches. We will learn about open water swimming, trail running and swimrun transitions. Guided and instructed by Envol Swimrun's qualified coaches.

Price: 14999 sek for 1 or 2 persons (Group can be up to 12 persons) includes the coaching and the accommodation.

Additional (not included in our price): Transport to and from Llafranc (or Calella de Palafrugell), meals.
