Guided by some of Envol Swimrun's best you will get a guided and coached experience of swimrun around Hellasgården and the fantastic Nacka nature reserve.

We will make sure you get a customised adventure, whether your goal is to try the sport or to improve your skills to perform.

You will get to work on your open water swimming, trail running and transitions skills. With the beginners we start by going trough the swimrun equipment and some of the basics of the sport. Guided and instructed by Envol Swimrun's qualified coaches.
