Ödyssey Swimrun Austin is a new swimrun race from the Ödyssey race organiser. The event is located at Pace Bend Park, Spicewood, Texas (Austin City Limits)

After a period without races, it is time to get ready for it again. Stick to a plan and go for the best result.

There are 6 swim legs between 485m and 1450m for a total of 3.5 miles. It is hard to know the water temperature due to the changes of forecast at this time of the year.

The total running distance is 13 miles divided in 8 legs. The longest is 3.5 miles. The terrain is mostly trails and rock scrambles.

What is included in this swimrun training plan? 

When you purchase your swimrun training plan, you receive a PDF with a link for the coach Training Peaks account. As soon as you click on this link, the coach will apply you the training plan, where each session is detailed. You decide how you want to organise your week and plan your training. You will be able to move the session on Training Peaks.
