Have you signed up for Rockman Swimrun and need to get serious about training? This swimrun training plan is specifically designed to take you all the way to the finish line of Rockman Swimrun.

Rockman Swimrun is a tough race with steep uphills and downhills, stairs and long swims.

This swimrun training program focuses on long-distance swimming and technical hilly running, strength and endurance. There are also some specific sessions to get your feet moving quickly in order to handle the technical rock sections.

You will be ready for the brutal but beautiful course of Rockman Swimrun!

WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS IS REQUIRED:

You can be totally new to the sport of swimrun but need a minimum base fitness to get the most out of this plan. To start you should be able to run 15 km (10 miles) and swim 3000 m.
