Envol Swimrung provides a variety of  training plans for all swimrunners, from beginners to seasoned athletes. You can choose a plan that fits your needs: to get you started on swimrun, to get you back in shape for the season or to train for a particular race.

Training plan

When you purchase your swimrun training plan, you get access to it on the training platform Training Peaks. Here each session is explained in detailed. You decide how you want to organize your week and plan your training by moving the sessions around to fit your life!

Training sessions

Each plan includes swimming, running, swimrun and strenght. Typical weekly training load depends on the purpose of the plan.
All the training sessions included in the plans are based on Envol Swimrun’s experience with athletes who have been in the same situation as you.
